Privacy Rights

If you have an account with Small Steps Journey, you can delete your account within your account login OR you can email angie@smallstepsjourney.com and Small Steps Journey will delete your account. Some information may be retained for fraud, legal investigations, enforce terms and conditions, or troubleshoot. 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

This website is not directed at children and does not collect information from persons under the age of 13. If your child submitted personal identifiable information to Small Steps Journey, please email angie@smallstepsjourney.com, and that information will be deleted.

California resident’s privacy rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request and obtain information about categories of personal information that Small Steps Journey discloses to 3rd parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all 3rd parties, Small Steps Journey shared in the immediately preceding calendar year.
